Computer Engineer with 20 years of experience in IT, specialized in project management, operations management and business development, working on development, consultancy services and product support. Highly customer and people oriented.Have managed teams since the beginning, working with IT teams or multi-disciplinary teams including people with Social profiles, Educators, Academics, Sales, Marketing, Infrastructure, Visual Design, User Interaction, Web Content Producers, Journalists, Engineering, and Quality & Process Consultants. I have developed divisions from scratch, like a software factory for Santander Group reaching 110 people in one year, where 90% of the team were students that had to be trained on the required technologies.On 2017, I decided to move on to the government sector as part of Plan Ceibal to contribute my experience in the IT sector, on the definition and execution of public policies that allow young people to get first job opportunities in IT.
