After graduating with a degree in Psychology, I spent a year living in Cambridge, where I had the opportunity to immerse myself in a new culture and learn new perspectives.My professional career began in the world of Human Resources, where I worked for more than five years in recruitment and talent management, leading end-client processes and employer branding projects. My experience in recruiting and early talent allowed me to make the leap to the educational field in professional careers, where I am currently dedicated to guiding students in their professional development, tutoring and access to internships. It also gives me the opportunity to develop training functions, a field I am passionate about, as students require intensive work on CV design, LinkedIn profile and positioning, career opportunities and options, identification and exposure of professional competencies and personal branding as early talent.Much of my focus on professional careers is in the pharmaceutical industry, covering areas such as Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, CRA, Quality Assurance or Production. To pave the way for students and early talent in these rigorous selection processes, I participate in the design and implementation of training workshops that address Soft Skills, Communication, Group Dynamics and Business Cases, among other aspects.
