It’s a public administration organization, and I was integrated in a specific unit called: GPEARI - Gabinete de Planeamento, Estratégia, Avaliação e Relações Internacionais.Being part of programme dedicated to insert new professionals into the public administration named PEPAC I was given the responsibility of creating a comprehensive system to at any given time be able to know the agenda and the costs of the ministry technician’s journeys abroad. It was possible then to reduce costs, speed up tasks and also predict future costs.

It’s a company dedicated to the distribution and logistics of wine and other several beverages. It also provides consulting services to its clients. It has been leader of its activity sector for several tears. My responsibilities at this company were related with the wines produced by José Maria da Fonseca. I was dedicated to the purchase and selling of their wines and also provide an assistance service to the great supply chains present in Portugal and abroad like Angola or Spain. I also took part on the commercial activities provided by Solbel, and this meant creating and distributing promotional material to bars, restaurants, discos etc.

This company is part of the international expansion of the Spanish group Begar S.A. which is responsible for the construction and promotion of buildings to a target composed by the high and middle classes.The activities at this company included promoting and selling the apartments and preparing all the necessary documentation needed to finish a selling. I was also responsible for registering the company’s accounting processes and establishing several communication channels between the board of administration, the engineers, the lawyers and also the constructors.

It’s a bank which has a powerful presence in Portugal and a consistent international expansion policy.The purpose of taking part of this project was to benefit of the institution’s “Balcão-Escola”. This initiative had the intention of demonstrating to university students how the bank’s main offer was being delivered to the general public. The contact with the staff and the branch’s management was also one of the objectives and it was certainly the best way to apprehend working and management skills.

It’s a public administration organization that wants to improve communication between employers and the people who are in an unemployment situation. The activities developed in this project were destined to support the unemployed of Cascais giving them every incentive needed so they could search for a job. In order to do that they would be given access to a great variety of tools, like computers, newspapers, newsletters etc.

It’s a bank dedicated mainly to investment, and its diversified offer is comprised by products like stock auctions, investment funds, warrants etc. My responsibilities at the bank were to capture new clients, and make the follow-up of each new client with the purpose of making his experience with the institution the best possible. This would demand great knowledge of the bank’s offer in order to answer to any of the client’s doubts.
