Mokaii was an events center in Lo Barnechea, also known as Mint or La Playa Discoteque.My partner and I bought this location and transformed it into an events center that operated for a little over 12 years.

I worked with more than 150 entrepreneurs doing in-person, online workshops and 1-on-1 mentoring for almost 5 years.I also had the opportunity to participate in the evaluation of projects for a support program for entrepreneurs financed by CORFO, where 200M CLP was distributed among the winners.

Mundo Box was the evolution of FM Box.The knowledge and experience we acquired forming one of the first digital radio stations in the country led us to offer web development and digital marketing services.My roles were mainly commercial and supporting the design of digital marketing strategies. I was always a good salesman and marketer.We started out as the same 3 radio partners and became a team of 14 people with more than 40 clients.In 2018, with the formation of a new directory, we refounded Mundo Box under the name of GUX, ceasing to offer marketing services and focusing 100% on the development of software and digital products.

Hielo Freeze is an ice factory founded in 2004 in Santiago, Chile.In 2015, my partner and I reached a management agreement + purchase option, with the objective of increasing the operational margin and digitally transforming the company.The short-term results were so good that we bought the company at the beginning of 2016.The brand positioned itself so well that in just 18 months we managed to triple sales with the same assets, thanks to the implementation of technology and innovation in the industry, the development of new product formats and the modernization of processes. The latter also allowed us to greatly expand the business margin.Thanks to the good results, we sold the company at the end of 2017 to a large player in this industry (our first exit/acq), who was interested in exploiting the brand and deepening the business model we developed.

FM Box was one of the first online radio stations in Chile, standing out as a pioneer in digital radio broadcasting in the country.It managed to become the oldest online radio station in Chile in its time.Fun fact: it worked using Winamp 😅
