Key commodities responsibility are Display, Touch Panel, Batteries, Power Supply, Printers, Audio, Barcode Scanners, PCB, FPC, Cables and Wires, Stylus, and Cameras.Key activities and accomplishments: Collaborate with suppliers to close critical supply shortages, met and exceeded cost reduction targets, worked with manufactures to execute Master and Purchasing Agreements, develop and implemented platform designs, investigated new technologies for POS devices.

Responsible for designing and supporting the MMF (Multi-Missile Factory) by relocating the Paveway Program from Sherman, TX to Lewisville as well from Lewisville, TX to Tucson, AZ, help redesign the MMF layout in Lewisville, combine common processes during the redesign of Lewisville and Tucson Missile Factory, support the Paveway program, design tools and shop aids, help design a bonded stock facility, introduce new products into the factory by making various assessments between the factory and the design engineers.
