Launched a new complex API product for banks (works in TOP-5 banks). Zero “Black Friday” disasters in 2021 (was usual before).Changed and proved efficiency for hardware/license budgeting that allowed to buy 2x more computational resources keeping the same budget for 2 years that helped to solve critical situation with load and deprecation of equipment.Created ML/DS team and led to stable work using best practices of MLOps: from data to microservice in production with ML model.

Robomed is a medical information system for small hospitals and clinics (5-50 specialists) from reception, cashboxes, appointments/laboratories to web/mobile app for clients.Launched 2 products on mobile app for integrative medicine. Launched a new product with unified medical laboratory interconnection bus and got 5 core clients (ROI <6 months). Rewrote UI from Windows-based desktop client of the core system to a modern web portal. Managed 15+ people in 2 teams (+outstaff).- Stabilized core system from 1000 crashes of desktop application to sporadic 3-5 crushes a week.- Implemented full monitoring of all systems.- Implemented agile practices (SCRUM, roadmaps, daily meetings, retrospectives, demo).- Speaker at conferences: Forbes BigData in medicine 2019, FHIR Starter 2019.

SmartAirkey is a hardware/software startup to help people get access to their house territory/garages/gates/barriers using smartphone without keeping bluetooth keychains/cards/GSM calls/etc.- Grew a team of 6 engineers in-house + 5 out-stuff.- Created all CI/CD infrastructure for backed / frontend / mobile. Full automated BDD test coverage of main scenarios of backend with ability to automatically publish release to prod in less then 5 min.- Created cryptoprotocol based on encrypted JWT + protobuf: works even on system on chip with 10KB RAM. Tested by TOP-5 information security company in Russian.- Created several technologies of fast and secure connection from mobile phone to BLE/BT/WiFi endpoints (Android+iOS): full connect with a-la TLS-handshake with generating session key takes less then 2 seconds on BLE (8 packets * 20 bytes each).
