We reached break-even in the first year; then the company has achieved a compound growth rate greater than 20% per year and it has been profitable the last ten years in a row.Focus PLM is Gold Partner for Aras Corp (http://www.aras.com) and adopts Aras Innovator as its framework for complete PLM solutions.We also develop and sell our own innovative software products for process improvement and system integrations, and we provide consultancy services on PLM infrastructures to customers in Italy and Europe.Since 2017 we developed a tight collaboration with the Finnish company Fulvisol which distributes our products in Finland and in other nordic countries.We have recently established a partnership with Vection (https://www.vection.com.au/), a multinational company that creates 3D Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality solutions, to design and offer solutions that integrate the power of VR/AR technologies and PLM.As the company CEO, I am responsible for defining the strategy of Focus PLM and to oversee its implementation and the achievement of the company operational and financial goals. I also manage directly A&F, and the establishment and development of international technical and sales partnerships.

I was responsible for the development of TD PLM, a new generation PLM product by think3, based on a 3-tier Web architecture that took advantage of .Net framework. The development team was distributed across Italy, India and China.During my experience in this position, three releases of the product were completed and distribution started worldwide.

As a manager in think3 Professional Service Organization, I was responsible for think3 consulting services in North-west and Central-south Italy. In this role I coordinated the work of both internal and external consultants assigned to implementation projects concerning CAD and PLM. I personally managed a complex development project, on behalf of a customer, for a brand new integrated CAD/CAM system for dentristy based on software components provided by think3 and by a partner company, and implemented partially abroad.I also ensured program management of Contract Engineering activities, a business run by think3 hiring skilled resources in India for design and development activities, on behalf of Italian SMBs.

Eurimage, an international consortium among the biggest european companies in the remote sensing industries, sells and distributes data from ESA platforms and other satellites operated by private players. During my experience there, we were among the first companies to deploy an internet-based catalogue and dissemination system that allowed customers to browse available images and select the products they were interested in.

At Vitrociset I used to manage development projects for software systems in the aerospace segment. In particular, I successfully coordinated the implementation of image processing applications included in the ground segment of high-resolution remote sensing satellites.Most of these projects took place in international collaborations led by european prime contractors such as Matra Marconi Space.
