My vision in life has always been to contribute to shaping a better economic sector in my country, Angola, helping businesses prosper by creating wealth, and employment and contributing to a better societyfor all.I became mesmerized by this vision when I was very young. That was why I decided to study Economics atthe University Agostinho Neto in Luanda, where I graduated at the beginning of the third millennium.After that, I took my MBA at the University of Navarra, IESE Business School, in Barcelona, Spain.The pursuit of acting as an agent of change in Angola's private sector took me into different roles. From Director of Logistics, in a Diamond Mining Company in Angola, to CFO and Asset Manager, in a Wealth Management Company belonging to a Pension Fund and moving into Public Services, serving in the Legislative Branch as a Member of Parliament, where I worked as Secretary of the Economic and Finance Commission. After that moving to the Executive Branch, holding top positions as an Assistant for the Economic Affairs of the Vice-President of the Republic of Angola, and the same job, later on, with the President of the Republic of Angola, and finally taking appointments as Secretary of Estate for the Economy, and Minister of Economy and Planning.With that same drive and focus on bringing change to the private sector in Angola, I have founded ECASIM, Consulting, Management and Services, S.A., to support steps towards improvements that abruptly and exponentially bring up results that surpass, by far, the manager's maximum expected outcomes. Yes, it is possible! We believe that not even the sky is the limit for achieving exponential growth and prosperity!
