Develops Sagicor Life Group annual strategic plan for the Southern Caribbean. Leads all revenue generating/sales campaigns including pre-approved offers, Reinstatement, Referral, Cross-sell / up-sell campaign.Responsible for developing effective communications documents for VP Sales to include talking points, production reports, presentations etc. Support the Product Development Committee on new product development as well as product rationalization and augmentation. Work with the Marketing team in the identification of sponsorships and strategic alliances reviews vis a vis, lead generation opportunities for the sales force.
