Hello and Welcome!My name is Sergio and I am a User Experience Designer and Researcher.My chosen focus is the field of Accessibility, Equity, and Inclusion!Growing up wildly curious and never without a follow-up question, I have long been collecting others' experiences into my head to better understand the world around me from many points of view.My own identity as a queer, neurodivergent artist has had me flexing my empathy muscles since before I can even remember. Along my journey of growth through the various arts in which I've dabbled, I stumbled into the world of Digital Design and Advocacy-- concurrent with my move from the United States to Portugal, my ancestral home on my late father's side.Reconnecting with my roots, I see now more than ever it's so critically important to have a worldly view and approach when creating products for diverse peoples' use.Come along with me as I discover more about what it means to be a responsible contributor into our digital future!
