AINIA is a private Technology Center with more than 35 years of experience in R&D+i. It provides innovative solutions of value to the food, cosmetics, packaging, pharmaceutical, chemical and energy sectors.Functions:- Advice and internal legal support to the different departments of the Technology Center;- Elaboration, review and negotiation of contracts related to projects with companies and/or public entities, as well as with suppliers;- Preparation, review and negotiation of confidentiality agreements;- Valorization, protection and maintenance of the industrial and intellectual property of the Technology Center;- Review of calls for grants at regional, national and community level and support in the formalization of European and national projects (review of consortium agreements, confidentiality, contracts with European agencies, etc.).
