I am responsible for the timely design and preparation of plans and construction documents for a variety of development and public works projects. I have a strong background in drainage modeling, which I use to recognize and solve complicated problems.Our team approach to project design lends itself to efficient collaboration with the owners, other design professionals, and contractors. I am responsible for building our teams and supporting them through the design process.I continue to build on strong technical fundamentals through membership and leadership in professional organizations. I also believe that effective project management must include clear communication. Through participation in Toastmasters, I continue to develop oral communication skills as well as listening skills.Whether I am working for an architect, a developer, a council or board, a pastor, or a business owner; our projects are someone’s vision. Watching those visions come to fruition is the most gratifying part of my job.
