SZV is a semi-independent governing body that executes the administration and management of the National Health and Social Insurance Schemes of Sint Maarten. SZV has defined a strategy to (further) improve customer satisfaction and performance.I had the opportunity to support the Management Team of SZV, with a joint team, in concretizing the strategy, defining the Blueprint for SZV 3.0 and developing the Masterplan for the transition of SZV, in order to deliver impactful results for its customers. In a couple of workshops I helped the Management Team of SZV make decisions on key choices regarding strategy, key capabilities and the organization.

Responsible for co-building the Accenture Management Consulting practice in the energy & utilities industry, execution of strategy projects and coaching of (junior) consultants. Example projects:- Grid company – Developed the telecoms strategy (€100M+ dossier) and telecoms organization in the light of the smart meter & smart grid roll out- International oil company - Defined outsourcing opportunities for the capital project services organization- Grid company - Supported the transition of the asset management department, including reorganizing portfolio planning & management

Successfully executed many project lead roles, including:- Utility – Designed the Operating model for the company’s fast growing wind energy department- Grid company – Supported the merger integration of two grid companies. Supported several workstreams and led the data migration- Grid company - Developed and implemented an approach for the realisation of electric transportation related initiatives- Utility – Developed a maintenance outsourcing strategy for the power generation division

Successfully executed project (lead) roles, including- Drinking water company - Designed, build and implemented an innovative mobile and internet based planning & scheduling solution for mass meter replacement- Drinking water association - Executed the annual benchmark on operational efficiency in the Dutch drinking water industry
