My main responsibilities are:- Define together with the CTO the software architecture of the company internal systems.- Develop key components for the site, mobile app and other services.- Assure code quality and participate in end-to-end service validation tasks.- Under CTO supervision lead development team and give support to other members of the team.

My role is Technical product manager and Architect / Tech lead of the Appinclussive product backend (http://appinclusive.com/).As a Tech Product Manager I attend to meetings with the stakeholders of the product and I participate in the functional definition and specification of new product features.As an Architect I make decisions about technologies, patterns and frameworks to use in the backend of the product, as well as code complex or key parts of the backend and lead the tech team of the product.

I'm in charge of a team of developers and I'm the functional and technology responsible of various of the company's products mainly targeting Public Administration and Universities modernization. I manage its annual budget, roadmap, backlog and evolutive tasks priorities in addition to participate in all meetings with the stakeholders of the products suite. I am also the architect of the products, I designed the architecture of the system, decided which technologies were to be used within its development, created the archetype of the various modules, developed key parts and lead the development of the system.I am also in charge of some planned deploys, participating in the pre-sale process (demonstrations, congresses, analysing public tenders, writing proposals, etc.) and dealing clients, receiving their feedback and doing and/or coordinating other company consultants in the process of documental consultancy, integrations specification, process change management, implantation process management and user formation.
