Throughout my years at Oracle, I have had the opportunity to work on various projects to improve DB performance and ease the DB administrator tasks by providing powerful tools:• Oracle Monitoring Cloud DB Performance. Provides a real-time image of the activity in the Oracle DBs, showing problematics SQL’s, operations and sessions that need to be addressed to improve the experience. - Mentoring 20 engineers in different locations (In, Mex, US) - Leading UI dev and SCRUM of 20 engineers from different areas: Dev, QA, UX, PM and Performance. - Success of this application required its migration to other platforms to provide DB monitoring. - Leading design and dev of framework to migrate DB Performance UI to different Oracle platforms/products. This included different cloud platform, legacy on premise solutions and build-in DB services.• Oracle Monitoring Cloud DB Analytics. Provides a broad picture of the activity in the DBs (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL etc.) of customers to identify what are the causes of negative trends in performance by analyzing past data. - UI development, design and implementation of the data layer of this project, building complex queries to analyze data and simplify it to the UI.• SQL Server performance data agent. Research, design and implementation of the agent used to collect performance data and publish it to the cloud for the usage of other performance applications (used by DB Analytics).Aside from technical responsibilities, I have contributed to the team growth by onboarding and mentoring eight engineers in Mexico.I enjoy sharing my experience with the new generations and I actively participate in local university as an Oracle ambassador. Linked to this, I performed as a JET Instructor at “Oracle JET Workshop” at Campus Party 2016, which is the biggest technology and innovation event in Mexico.

Enterprise Manager DB Performance. This is the Oracle on premise solution to monitor and provide DB insights.- SQL Performance Analyzer (SPA). Responsible of the UI development of this feature which validates the impact of a system change to the DB workload (SQLs running on the instance) before you make the change.- Bug fixing and general support.
