• Leader of the Pillar TPM- Autonomous Maintenance project, in charge of the continuous improvement of the load preparation processes in the metal raw materials yard, for electric arc and induction furnaces, melting process and mold casting. • Team leader in reducing costs rendered to Operations Management, operational excellence award, for savings of US $ 800 thousand dollars. • Planning, coordination in the process of merger / scrap yard and supervision of the process in general. • In charge of achieving the chemical composition (Metallurgical Balances) of the different steels and cast iron in the melting process, from the loading of the furnace (electric and / or induction) to its melting, passing through chemical analysis in spectrometer, mass balance, calculation of ferroalloys and later refined to melt. • Planning, coordination and supervision of the process in general. • Leading a team of 20 people. Responsible for technical inspections, metallography in the field (measurement of grain size, precipitates at the edge of the grain, inclusions, deformed grains, second phases, etc.). Assembly and metallographic analysis of damaged parts and / or engineering materials. Destructive and non-destructive tests: fatigue test, penetrating liquids, magnetic particles, Charpy test, tensile test and hardness measurement.

Ripios Antiguos Mina Sur (RAMS) Project. In charge of proposing solutions to equipment failures in the agglomeration plant, data collection and statistical analysis in heap leaching, to obtain percentage performance of each pile.
