- Elaborating and monitoring the execution of the sales and profit plan;- Assuring the quality of pre-sales services;- Optimising stocks;- Leading and organising the sales department;- Negociating and signing sales contracts;- Periodically informing, through written reports, the direct superior (General Manager);

- Elaborating and monitoring the execution of the sales and profit plan (analyzing the market tendency and proposing sales and profit objectives, proposing the price policy and assuring its application, proposing and implementing cost reducing measures) - Elaborating and monitoring the achievement of the marketing plan- Identifying development trends and proposing the promotion of new products/solutions;- Assuring the quality of pre-sales services - Optimising stocks (providing the necessary merchandise in accordance with the sales plan, approving external orders, monitoring and reducing slow-moving merchandise and establishing methods of minimising merchandise-based losses);- Leading and organising the sales department (establishing the duties of subordinate employees, periodically evaluating the activities of subordinate employees, negociating and reconciling any arisen conflictual situation, rewarding/sanctioning subordinate personell in accordance with internal norms, proposing the comission grid for the subordinate personell, establishing the salary comissions for the subordinate employees, aproving the scheduling of paid holidays, assuring the implementation and the abidance by the internal order regulations of the company)- Representing the company in comercial relations with clients;- Negociating and signing sales contracts;- Assuring the quality of the professional training of subordinate employees (performing product/sales trainings with subordinate employees and testing/evaluating assimilated information);- Member of the comissions responsible for selecting personell that will be hired;- Member of the central comissions of internal audit and inventory;- Periodically informing, through written reports, the direct superior (General Manager);
