Represents the Business Unit Operation Organization in the project team in multiple production locations, coordinate and align production concept and content between the NPLM of the plants, Project Manager and Project team.Responsible for Global Projects Mercedes Benz, Maybach, AUDI, Bentley, Nissan in Europe and China.Overall responsible for launch of product in operations (jointly with NPL Manager in plant).Represents the Launch Plant team in the Project Team.Acts as support/coach function for consultation for NPL Manager Plant.Tracks function of the Operations function. Serves as escalation interfaces.

Responsible for global BMW and DAIMLER projects (Europa, SUA, Mexic and China).Main tasks:◦ Care to products in the series phase/ facelift. Internal and external central point of contact for thepurposes of product managers.◦ Led 5 cross- functional teams from diferent countries/cultures from SOP phase until the EOP. ◦ Working out the cost pool for assisted main or specialist project or for the sub projects.◦ Collating, analyzing and evaluating the necessay data for creating an investment overview on thebasis of the annual investement plan, taking into accounts costs, schedules and quality. Testing andevaluation of annual recalculation in cooperation with their counterparts◦ Change management coordination and direction of changes initiated by the customer or by internaldemand.◦ Active management of a complete project teams to time, cost and level of maturity for transposition.Compliance with standars similar to the process description "manage changes CS"◦ Check the technical requirements with customers.◦ Creating and coordinating schedules( includes the subcontractors).◦ Compliance with standards similar to the process description" manage projects" applying porjectguidline and PM tool described. Daily activity was to create and update drawings in Capital Harness program.This is an AutoCAD software but base on electric database. In this database we saving all data and drawings for all components.For new project that I create from scratch I use Catia station to extract component parts, like connectors, fuses, relays, coatings, I measures the exact size of the bundles and clips distances from the junction to implement an accurately drawing.I used codification to extract and created a bill of materials in accordance with specifications and standards required by the client.I help the team to improve quality of electrical harness design.I analyse products in order to reduce costs.I made the design change specification sheet necessary to update internal levels.I create new working documents necessary for learning colleagues.Collaborate with the Renault customer for improving drawings.
