-Identifying and finding the proper solutions for the key problems and bottlenecks which occur during the company processes -Facilitating the communication within the company departments -Controlling and continuously improving the informational flow (starting with a price offer made , ending with the invoice issued to the final client) in collaboration with the Production and Finance Manager -Administrating the ERP system of the company -Permanently improving, finding optimal ways for the on going processes of the company (making calculations, launching into production, planning the supplying of the needed buy parts, purchasing the needed parts, stock deductions, outsourcing the needed capacities or technological issues, transport of the goods (internal and external, exports and imports) the delivery and invoicing of finished products -coordinating and supervising the purchasing process with direct implication and decisional maker as procurement is concerned -Supervising and coaching the planning of the production process – aprox. 6.500 hours on a weekly bases -part of implementing the BSC (Balanced Score Card) -defining, measuring and keeping track of different types of KSF and PI’s -supervising and coaching the warehouse activities / processes

-ERP system implementation -Optimization of production flows, warehouses, documents flow -5S campaigns -ERP trainings for employees -Creating procedures for different processes, tasks, actions, etc. -Pareto / ABC analyses -Analyses regarding safety stocks, batch levels, order quantities -Analyses upon production methods – made to stock or made to order

-Ordering and administrating the raw materials and stock components-Daily checking the safety stock for the strategic products-Studying the documentation for the new projects that are to be developed in order to make sure the acquiring of the necessary materials in due time and in the best conditions-Supervising the incoming of the goods and the storage of products using an ERP type program-Analyzing the stock levels of materials in the company's warehouse in order to decide whether a restocking is required or not-Collaborating with the company's sales engineer to provide materials for the internal and external clients in due time
