Recruitment Coordinator
Current- Working with the HR team, regularly reviewing operational recruitment plans to meet short and long-term headcount plans
- Processing applications and arranging registration appointments with candidates, providing candidates with relevant job information and keeping them up-to-date throughout the process
- Issuing contractual documentation, new starts forms, health declaration forms and policies, ensuring all documentation is returned and stored confidentially
- Co-ordinating online inductions through OBBI system
- Providing weekly updates and statistical recruitment information to internal teams and contributing to monthly HR reports
- Processing general HR and recruitment administration e.g. creating electronic personnel files, updating records, monitoring information etc.
