Scytl’s groundbreaking electoral security technology is protected by international patents and enables organizations to electronically carry out all types of electoral processes in a completely secure and auditable manner, positioning the company as the global leader in the industry.My main responsibilities are:- Responsible for the WW Administratoin Team- Preparation & Review of monthly consolidated financial statements and related reports- Preparation of workpapers supporting the group monthly close process and month end balances- Implement a process to record transactions by department and compare costs incurred to budget and performance analysis of profit centers- Review journal entries required to reflect the monthly activity- Coordinate and record investments made in Funds, securities, overnight funds, etc.- Review of expenses incurred on behalf of multiple entities such as software (MRI) costs, accounting services, analytical services, etc.- Maintenance of fixed asset records for coordinate inventory of fixed assets- Assist Subsidiaries Controllers in the implementation of corporate policies and procedures such as invoice processing, cash management and calculation of fees- Implement, document and maintain adequate and effective internal controls- Implement, document and maintain adequate and effective processes to improve the close and reporting cycles to ensure timely and accurate reporting- Responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations- Responsible for consolidated & individual audit- Responsible for reporting all financial information to Senior Management Committee

My main responsibilities were:- Monitoring monthly closing of the different companies of the group and preparation of the their reporting package. - Consolidation of all Group companies reporting packages.- Group closing analysis and reporting (real vs forecast, YTD results, etc.)- Group Payroll & Headcount control.- Preparation of all the documentation for the annual financial audits - Preparation of year-end financial statements for the entire group companies, and consolidated.- Transfer Pricing Policy Compliance. - Delivery Department Finance Partner, helping them to build a project cost model.Main Projects and Achievements:- Round of Financing during which Scytl raised $104 million of capital from five new investors: Vulcan Capital, SAP Ventures, Vy Capital, Adams Street Partners and Industry Ventures.- Cloud based ERP (Netsuite) implementation in all the subsidiaries. We implemented sucssesfully Netsuite ERP in Scytl’s main world wide location.
