- Developing and execution of country business and marketing plans. Sales revenues and market share goals, KPIs developing and attainment- Building and developing of relationships with key channel partners and vendors- People management (Kyiv based and regional Sales teams, Product and Marketing teams)

-Regional expansion strategy development and implementation -Management of the Regional Partner Account Managers team (Kharkiv, Donetsk, Lugansk, Zaporizhzhya, Dnipropetrovsk) to meet company revenue and growth goals whilst increasing the satisfaction of all partners-Partner readiness and ecosystem development -Managing relationship with the key national OEMs and resellers in covered regions-Work with Regional team and top partners to identify additional new sales opportunities

-Identification and development of key local system builder and sub-distribution companies in Ukraine aimed at proactive management of partnership opportunities-Partner development plans preparation and execution (including goal and target management, readiness, marketing); responsibility for revenue, market share and customer satisfaction-Partner engagement , establishment, maintenance and development of fruitful partnerships with managed partners at top and middle management levels -Development, launch onto the market and execution of marketing programs (product campaigns, to-partner, through-partner, retail), channel incentives, trainings and events both for managed and un-managed partners and distributors.Additional roles: Microsoft Club Lead, Cooperative Marketing Found program subsidiary Lead, Associated Distributor program Lead, Retail Pilot Lead (“Right PC” corporate initiative in Ukraine) and licensing expert.
