• Assist with network and security management;• Assist with data storage architecture;• Assist with procurement and implementation of new servers, technology, etc.• Assist with system development;• Provide user level technical support for end users, computer, printers, phones, etc• Provide user level training on daily applications used, including, but not limited to MS Applications, i.e.;• Assist with end user system updates and monitoring including: Patch management, spyware removal and testing, virus checking, ensuring backup of data files, etc.• Assist with user management (adding and deleting users from AD, working with emails, etc.)• Remote support of on-site engineers and end users/customers during installation;• Other details that may be assigned from time to time.
