Teach 4 sections of combined 9th/10th grade math to 95 English Language Learners, all of whom are recent immigrants to the United States. In close collaboration with curricular partner, design, teach and revise lessons for students from a variety of math and language backgrounds. • Initiated new projects including wellness workshop for 40 HIV/AIDS affected children, education/prevention best practices video, survey of Ecuadorian HIV/AIDS prevention and testing resources

• Provided in-class academic support with 6 person team to 95 students in 3 middle school English classes, including over-aged students, students displaced by Hurricane Katrina
