During the long time collaboration, I’ve been working on multiple products of most of the company's expertise areas such as cognition, communication, and environmental control. As a part of different cross-functional teams, I worked on web, web app, mobile, responsive, iOS, watchOS, Android, cross-platform, custom Android-based SW, desktop platforms such as Windows, and PWA for macOS.I'm grateful for the unique opportunity to got enormous experience in user-centered design with a great focus on accessibility for people with different special needs. Also, together with a team, we've been working on a Design System and UI libraries. As a result, it allows us to speed up the work process and maintain design consistent and aligned across the products.
Ui Design Teacher
Continued my collaboration with the academy from a new perspective, country, and role.I was even luckier this time and was able to work together with another UX person on the course. Together, we adapted the course program to give students even more knowledge and perspective with a deep focus on each part of the design process.
Ux/Ui Designer
After working remotely as a consultant, it was good to change the environment and go back to the office-based full-time position. An open space environment surrounded by designers and developers boosted up my knowledge and experience by 200%. In a fairly short period, I learned a lot about different processes of web and SW development. From small start-up projects to complex web and mobile-based products.During that time I learned HTML, CSS, and basic JS. I even wrote a few simple projects by myself. All of that allowed me to improve my results and performance on my main work at the product. I worked in an agile team on different company's products. Most of them were web and Android/iOS-based apps. Worked closely with Google and Apple design guidelines, built UI libraries, participated in product discoveries and UX testing. Was able to work iteratively on single designs to achieve the best results. As the biggest achievement, I created a design for a Web CRM platform as the main hub where different company products can be synced. As a part of that process, I also created the first version of icons set in type format and wrote a website as a management tool for it.
Ux/Ui Design Teacher
I was proud to become a part of the Beetroot Academy community, which I joined as a UX/UI Design Teacher.I had two groups of the ‘UX/UI design from scratch’ course. Proud to say that most of the students became my colleagues and are now working as designers in different areas. Also, I was an author of a new 'Sketch Advanced' course for Beetroot Academy. Had a successful launch of that course with a group. The outcome from all of that is a great experience in teaching, working with, and mentoring big groups of people, presenting information in different ways, and being able to give constructive feedback based on knowledge and evidence. And of course a wide network of new designers.

Ukrainian outsource start-up based in Kyiv gave me the opportunity to start working more closely with UX/UI design for European and US-based companies and projects. With the company's focus on web, e-commerce, mobile, and mobile app development I mostly worked on UX/UI Design tasks at this point. I learned a lot about design and development processes. Collaborated closely with developers and learned how to prepare design layouts most properly so, it's easy and fast to work with them.My design suggestions participated in design contests where I won a few of them. That allowed the company to get more clients and projects to work with.

As a consultant, I worked on rebranding and company's identity for a furniture manufacturer start-up.As a part of a very efficient, although a fairly short experience at the company, was to work closely with the user. I was able to conduct user research to improve the company’s market representation through the brand and website. This experience became crucial for my future career path. I got super interested to learn more about how user-centered design can affect the final result of my work.
Ui Designer | Product Owner
As an advertising agency start-up, TIVIO was a great place to continue my professional journey.I started as a UI Designer. Mostly worked on the agency's branding and identity. Starting from naming and up to the corporate website. After a few months, I took leadership in enlarging the design department and as a result became a Product Owner. My main responsibilities were to assemble design and development teams, set up a work process, take a lead in the discussion and communicate with customers, provide task estimation, and keep track of deliverables. Also, I initiated brainstorming events with the design team to define initial design concepts, and communicated with the developers on the implementation stage. The most existing part of this experience was to combine my design, technical, and management skills. As a result, together with a team, we launched a few web, e-commerce, and advertising projects.
Graphic Engineer
This experience became a start point in my design career. My main responsibility was to technically prepare all the design layouts for the printing process.I was constantly using Adobe Suite tools to correct color codes, check each pixel and padding, fix complex illustrations, and adjust design layouts to the technical requirements. Also, I worked on technical blueprints for the packing boxes and other paper-based products.I closely collaborated with the design and production teams. As a result of direct communication and learning of all their work processes, we managed to set up a clear and structured workflow. This experience made me fall in love with the technical aspect of the design process and understand how important it is.
