* Developing a reasonable and capable demand plan across 18 months horizon for Turkey, Middle East and Sub Saharan Africa.* Leading S&OP meetings to discuss short and midterm forecasts and highlight the issues related supply chain such as inventory performance or oversales - overforecasting situations etc. * Ensuring that both short and long-term demand is properly forecasted and communicated to Planning & Operations for on time procurement, production planning and distribution & delivery* Keeping SAP APO / ARKIEVA forecasting tool updated and solving FC to MRP flow issues with Group SC and master data. * Managing and coordinating of Demand Planning processes with Sales, Marketing and Production Planning. * Contructively challenging Sales and Marketing to be able to achieve demand planning targets ( Forecast Accuracy, BIAS) set by the Group Supply Chain. * Tracking of slow mover goods, and reducing stocks with actively planning with Sales, Marketing and Trade Marketing teams.* Working closely with product management & KAMs as well as production planners to plan launch and re-launches* Executing phase-in/out processes targeting to have minimum obsoletes.

* Directly reporting to Demand Planning Manager* Managing and coordinating of Demand Planning processes with Sales, Marketing, Production Planning and Sales Controlling departments.* Working on the launch pipe and annual units with sales and marketing team.* Ensuring that both short and long-term demand is properly forecasted and communicated to Planning & Operations for on time procurement, production planning and distribution & delivery.* Constructively challenging Sales and Marketing to be able to achieve demand planning target set by the headquarters in CEE.* Revision of forecasts in accordance with current market trends, and changes in sales activity plan.* Tracking of slow mover goods, and reducing stocks with actively planning with Sales, Marketing and Trade Marketing teams.* Leading Demand Review and S&OP meetings and whole S&OP processes.

* Supporting Customer Service Department in all cs process.*Supporting Demand Planning Department in some processes like daily out of stock reports, daily order follow up reports.* Supporting the daily service level.*Entering the customer orders and needs into the SAP systrem.* Controlling invoices and follow them on e-invoice system.* Delivery of orders to the rigth customer on time.* Controlling all metarials data, price list, discounts and keep them up-to-date* Controlling all returns process.
