My responsibilities were:- Project Coordination: System and business analysis, process flow development, system integration, test, and team management,- Operations management of supply, sales, and customer support services,- Partnerships management,- Drafting legal agreements, business, and project plans, making sales and cost budgets,- Preparing all marketing contents, customer and stakeholder presentations and other marketing activities.What is Kitap Network?It is the most comprehensive supply management and business automation software developed for the publishing market. - The books are offered for sale at 4.000 post office branches, as well as bookstores, other retailers, and e-commerce sites. Available with discount and without shipment charge.- All the books published in Turkey (150K+ items) are offered for sale without any inventory. The orders are immediately delivered to and processed by the supplier.- The application, which has integration with PTT Cargo, has different modules for operation, distribution, accounting, publisher, wholesaler, and bookstores. More than three hundred site installations were accomplished, and thousands of book orders were delivered.

The company is the predecessor of Kitap BT. In addition to Kitap Network, another project called “Sektörel İletişim Platformu” was developed and operated. Was responsible for business and systems analysis, new technology search and adaptation, partnerships management, agreements, writing business plans and preparation of budgets.What is Sektörel İletişim Platformu (SİP)?It was a low cost communication service based on VOIP technology. It was a gateway between private telecom operators and corporate clients, where the clients communicate free of charge inside the network and talk to other destinations through operators with best tariff. The business sold after one year of operation.

I leaded a team of 8 people. Were in charge of partnership management of the international producer companies of ATM and EFT-POS. Was also responsible from marketing, software development, order and logistics management, product and project management.We re-penetrated KKTC POS and ATM market. Together with ATM software team, we built first cross-vendor XFS ATM application and got EMV certification. We initiated to develop first cash management solution in Turkey. I reorganised the POS software development team.
