Advanced Lead Special Process Engineer
Current• Process development of new parts, including offline CNC programming, parameter adjustment and fine tuning.• Deeply knowledge on the effect of process parameters on the process outcome (dimensions,changein material properties, affected layers, process duration, etc.)• Deeply knowledge on process variables and experience in the methods to eliminate process variables• Deeply knowledge on processing equipment properties, setting/controlling of equipment parameters and monitoring of process capability• Autonomous maintenance activities of the relevant process equipment and machines• Commissioning of brand new processing equipment and machines, part adaptaion per the customer requirements• Manufacturing the parts in accordance with technical drawings, specifications and standards while providing desired quality and on-time manufacturing to meet delivery schedule• Modelling of fixtures, tools and auxiliary equipment per the machine and part dimensions and inter faces• Preparation of data sheets and technical plans per the processing conditions during development,perthe customer requirements• EHS regulations and safety risks related with the relevant processes
