Responsibilities at my current role include;- Produce weekly reports detailing key social stats across all platforms, engagement numbers, CPC, Customer Acquisition Costs.- Manage monthly budget of $25k +, running targeted ads across all social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin) nationally and internationally.- Measure different marketing funnels to calculate effectiveness of marketing initiatives & ad campaigns across social platforms.- An expert in Excel and Google Sheets.- Manage customer service across all social platforms on European hours to ensure 24-hour-coverage.- Work closely with the Marketing and Data Analytics teams to build and maintain various Marketing metrics including ROI and CPA.- Develop, build, and maintain reports that contain actionable metrics to monitor the performance of operations.- Has experience extracting data from social analytic software.- Has ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, rapidly growing organization- Oversee the development and management of the SKULLY's online community.- Create and execute social media strategies.- Grow and manage SKULLY's social media channels.- Expand SKULLY’s social media presence to new customers, new groups, and new countries.- Work with a team of writers, artists, and video producers to create and curate visually-engaging, relevant social media content for social media channels.- Maintain the social media editorial calendar and coordinate the creation of new social content across all channels by working with creative team.- Support internal PR team for events and special projects.- Creatively and proactively engage customers through multiple contact methods.- Improve customer services processes and policies, as appropriate.
