I work as a Senior Project Manager in the Card Printing Team under the Paycore brand, which is based on the development, sale and after-sales support of Card technology products.• Chipxpert Card Printing Product of Turkey and the creation of appropriate projects to the needs of our worldwide customers and follow-up• Follow-up of collective card printing projects with Bulk Card Printing companies (such as Plastcard, E-card, AustriaCard)• Following the projects of Stoknow pos and card inventory tracking product and managing customer relations• Planning the maintenance needs of our customers in America, Central Asia and Arabian peninsula regarding our products.. Lean transformation studies that will maximize the return expectation in response to resource use and to continue project evaluation and feasibility studies.

I worked as Product and Process Development Director in the Product Management and Marketing Department.At the same time, I was working as a Product Owner within our POS Agile Team.Within the scope of POS Product and Process Management studies, I was responsible for the following main headings.• Simplifying the application process• Preparation of pricing analytics• Development of POS Security Criteria (Minimizing Fraud Risks)• Compliance with POS Regulations (BKM, Visa and MasterCard)• Payment Facilitator Works• Product Development. In order to comply with the international standards of Ingbank in business model and process development studies, I worked on the execution of benchmark studies with the process and business models in other countries, lean studies in digital transformation and operation optimization in customer acquisition.. I took part in the working group on the main customer motivation with indirect survey studies in determining the customer needs.. It is a textile company that I continue to work as a part time during my internship and summer school period.
