Physical counting, tracking and reporting of fixed assets in all Banvit locations. • Follow-up of ongoing & finalized investments accordance with the legislation and activated. • Activation, sales & write off, depreciation, control and reporting of fixed assets in local and IFRS books according to the legislation. • Activation of fixed assets acquired & closing process by importation. • Carrying out company valuation process in specific periods. • To prepare reports for independent , internal & tax audit. • Managing the process of integrating the works carried out on fixed assets into the SAP program. • To prepare & present the SOx documents as monthly & yearly. • Support the tax team on issues such as BA-BS, Corperate Payments (Tax Offices-Municipalities), delivery of declaration etc. • Support the AR team on archive transfer, sending valuable papers to sales units, stock follow-up and ordering to the contracted printery, document loss notification, preparation budget. • Cooperate with the Accounting & Tax for PO & PR processes. • Preparing reports on assets planned (AHFS) to be sold to the procurement team.
