As a result of the managerial merger of Frito Lay Gıda San ve Tic AS, PepsiCola Servis Dağıtım Ltd. and Fruko Meşrubat Ltd., Power of One Accounts Payable Supervisor position is responsible from:- Managing a team of five direct reports- Managing all intercompany processes between the three companies and other PepsiCo entities worldwide- Following up and analyzing the General Administration expenses- Following up the Developing Markets Region (Russia, Turkey and Balkan countries) cost centers, analyzing and reporting the actual figures to Region Planning Team - Managing all Travel and Entertainment processes - Forecasting the monthly operational cash flow and analyzing the forecast versus actual figures- Forecasting the monthly Balance Sheet figures and analyzing the forecast versus actual numbers

-In addition to the responsibilities below,-Taking over two direct reports for intercompany & travel and entertainment processes-Managing their hiring/onboarding/business taking over processes

-Processing various kinds of local & international vendors’ and intercompany entities’ invoices into the system, -Following the payment and reconciliation stages, locally & internationally. -Managing all intercompany process and reconciling with every PepsiCo entity on a monthly basis. -Analyzing and reporting the monthly expenses of Turkey Snacks G&A -By the announcement of Frito Lay Turkey’s taking over the role of The South East Europe Region Headquarters, analyzing and reporting the Region General Management and R&D cost centers. -Being the Finance representative in 2011 Organizational Health Survey, (leading meetings with different finance teams, gathering their demands and presenting them to the GM and Execom)-Making various system optimizations in order to meet the growing demands of intercompany business (from 5 active entities in 2008 to 40 entities in 2010)

-Writing timely and accurate market analysis for plastic raw materials for the company’s website which was translated into four languages. (English,Chinese, Italian and Arabic)-Preparing market place news and headlines for the webpage-Translating market analysis from Turkish to English and from English to Turkish.
