I have achieved success by working to overcome the quality problems in the previous periods at the process stage.Anako is a member of the Turkish Food Safety Association. During Covid-19 pandemic, which affected the whole world, I took part in the creation of a sectoral roadmap with TFSA. We have published a recommendation booklet.After mid-2020, I started to support the board on factory management in quality, planning and projects.

I started my career as a Shift Engineer in Panagro (brand of ABH / Konya Sugar A.S.) which is one of the top 50 largest companies in Turkey with a production capacity of 1200 tons of milk/day. I was assigned as Fresh Cheese Prod. Eng. (labneh and double cream cheese) in August 2014. Then I take the responsibility of UF Feta Cheese line in April 2018, I was appointed as Fresh and UF Feta Cheese Prod. Exec. Ass. In May 2018, I also take the responsibility of Milk Receiving, Pre-Pasteurization and Advanced Heat Treatment (UHT Milk) Dep., taking the position of Dairy Production Executive.I have contributed to the capacity increase of 160 tons/month in fresh cheese unit which had 20 tons/month production by taking an active role. At the beginning of 2017, I took part in the project to increase the capacity to 300 tons/month. I played an active role in the development of product range in the production of portion packs operating under fresh cheese line.I worked in the start-up of UF feta cheese line which has started operating in April 2016 including commissioning of the line, setting up total production activities, communicating with the machine infrastructure manufacturer, product launch and personnel training. As a result of our intense effort, we had taken UF feta sales grown up 550 tons/month in a short time. I also worked to increase the capacity of the unit by establishing the second production line.In May 2018, the department of Milk Receiving, Pre-Pasteurization and Advanced Heat Treatment (UHT Milk) Unit has been added to my responsibility. I undertake the responsibility of commissioning of ongoing projects, distribution of daily milk to the relevant units with required quality in this department. At Panagro, I took part in other departments from time to time, apart from the departments I was directly responsible for. I experienced milk filling, feta cheese, khaskaval cheese, yoghurt, ayran, butter etc.
