🎓 Academic background:My education began with an apprenticeship as a chemical and pharmaceutical technician at Hoffmann-La Roche AG. I honed my skills in multi-purpose plants, laboratories, automated systems and workshops. After completing my vocational baccalaureate in business and services in Basel, I embarked on a bachelor's degree in business engineering and management at the FHNW University of Applied Sciences, completing my thesis on the design and implementation of a process validation maturity model. Now I'm deepening my knowledge in a Master's programme in Business Information Systems at the FHNW School of Business, with a focus on optimising the symbiosis between people, processes, organisation and technology.🛠️ Work experience:Professionally, I have a rich background in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, with extensive experience at Hoffmann - La Roche AG, where I was involved in the preparation of raw materials, the implementation and monitoring of chemical processes and ensuring compliance with GMP regulations. My time at Konapharma AG further strengthened my skills in the production of granules, pellets and powder blends, as well as strict compliance with GMP. At Mettler-Toledo GmbH, I developed a process validation maturity model during my bachelor's programme.Since April 2022, I've been working as a Business Process Management Specialist at Bachem AG. In this role, I've been instrumental in improving business processes, managing projects, digitalisation efforts, harmonising processes across sites and training staff, all in strict compliance with GMP standards. I have also been an SAP PP Key User and have been involved in diligent documentation and change management.🤝 Others:My commitment to service extends beyond the professional sphere. During my civilian service at the Auf der Leiern school for children with special needs, I assisted in the classrooms, relieving the teaching staff and interacting with the students, thereby developing my innate social skills. In addition, my current role at the IT Service Desk of a psychological clinic allows me to intersect the fields of IT and healthcare, ensuring the smooth running of business processes. On a personal development front, I am self-taught in Python programming in my spare time, recognising the immense value and transformative power of data in today's digital landscape.
