Responsible for making team's yearly performance appraisals.-Managing multiple HR software projects those with more than two years of project cycle. By making use of Team Foundation Server, MS Project and TFS Project portals, required transpareny for both team and customer is fullfilled.-Deep knowledge of project management strategies in Agile development environments. Running daily project status meetings to be ensure that there is no impediments for project and all projects are on track, and if required taking preventive and corrective actions.-Sharing weekly customer based project status reports that highlight qualitative and quantitive project status and list of risks if exists.-Direct customer relation and handling change requests according to the applied change management processes.

-Responsible for designing and managing both local and international integration projects developed using Microsoft BizTalk Server. Onsite analysis of integration projects and preparing SRAR and SDR documents. -Handling product module designs, product development. -Managing custom projects and products utilizing Microsoft Team foundation server platform using Agile methodologies.

-Responsible for development of BTI Kernel and Entity Management of comprehensive Insurance solution. Before military obligation, responsible in the production department that manages the policy creation and allows insurance agents an online platform that they can publish and manage their policies.
