-Checking the e-mail and SITA messages regarding the daily operation, what needs to be answered reply, if there are changes in the flight schedule, updates accordingly and to inform the relavant units-Checking of the necessary personnel, equipment, materials and supplies for the ground handling company to perform ground handling services and make controls the existence of documentation and the preparation of services-If private jet companies has special requests as hotel, catering and transportation make necessary coordinations-Doing briefing with passenger service agents about check in counter informations (booking, registration of A/C, inbound and outbound passengers info etc.)-Stay coordinated with the Operations Control Center.

As Representative Supervisor we are in charge of supervision for airline companies which has not have an actual worker or stations in Dalaman Airport, our mission is coordinating flight’s operation with it’s every stages (deboarding, fueling, loading, boarding etc.) while aircraft is on ground until it’s take-off.
