I would describe myself as an initiative-taking individual with exceptional organizational skills, the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and excellent command of planning and implementation. Through my experience over 5 years of working as dispatcher, I was able successfully apply appropriate skills and methodologies to logistics and communication with customers. That includes building best routes, providing updates about locations and ETAs, temperature control on reefer unit loads, resolving issues on loading and unloading and etc.I am interested in the opportunity where my experience in providing ongoing support to both staff and clients, coordinating project deliverables and monthly reports both internally and externally.
