My duties include the meticulous operation and maintenance of bungee jumping equipment, such as harnesses for upper and lower body, to guarantee the utmost safety. I am also responsible for operating the tower crane, which is crucial for executing jumps. Working directly with clients, I provide guidance, moral support, and instruction to prepare them mentally and physically for the jump, ensuring they feel secure and informed throughout the process as well as relaxed and in a good mood throughout the whole experience. As significant part of our clients are foreigners - my wide range of language skills allows to smooth out the communication process and avoid the additional stress for English, German, Ukrainian and Russian speaking clients. Additionally, I manage a team of professionals, coordinating efforts to maintain a seamless operation. Effective communication with clients, from initial contact through post-jump debriefing, is a key aspect of my role, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety at all times.The other aspect of my work is a possibility to use my education in practice - designing and implementing the technical solutions, such as creating automating software to optimize the working process and win some additional time for every client.
