I am a national private lender. With over 30 years of experience in this field, I have funded over 1 billion of capital for projects in various sectors, such as SF/MF construction and permanent debt. I have also developed expertise in self directed IRA’s, as well as investing in SFR and private equity. I offer a unique perspective having been on both sides of debt and equity investments involving real estate and businesses, from an investor/developer standpoint and from a private lender's. My mission is to help builders, developers and real estate investors achieve their financial goals and create lasting value. The more homes we build in this country the closer we can close the gap of being 7.2 million homes short. Additionally, I have a passion for education and sharing my knowledge with others.
