zeseku is a marketplace for psychological services.During the peak of the pandemic there was an increased demand for psychological services among all ages, and in particular among applicants who were in the process of preparing for their final exams, and were waiting for and receiving answers from their dream universities, which of course had a negative impact on these mental health. Faced with this problem myself, I saw a real PAIN and started looking for solutions on the market. Not having found a quality and financially convenient solution, I decided to create zeseku. We provided 4 types of services for the users:1. free Q/A. 2. Free webinars. 3. Paid group consultations 4. Paid individual consultations. It was an interesting funnel where first the psychologist answered users' questions for free, led webinars for them and from there we converted clients to paid services. For those who couldn't afford an individual consultation, we offered a group consultation, which consisted of a closed lecture on a particular topic + a small individual consultation and was about 6-7 times cheaper than the average individual consultation As MVP we used our Instagram account, which served as a marketplace, where we advertised and sold the services of our psychologists and accordingly, where customers find out information about all the announcements of webinars and paid consultations and of course buy them During the creation of the project our team:1. Became a finalist in the online accelerator from Silicon Valley. 2. Provided psychological help to over 5000+ clients 3. Collaborated with UNESCO, Sklar Psychotherapy Center, KazGU Department of Psychology, Leadershipkz educational platform and with other interesting projects and teams4. Conducted about 15-20 webinars with an average participation of about 80-100 clients 5. Worked and collaborated with 10-15 psychologists with work experience of 8+ years
