I was able to strengthen my management skills while I was employed by Cavalier Cleaners. My responsibilities included Law Enforcement accounts, hiring, training, coaching, termination, client service, equipment maintenance, meeting deadlines.My education in Cal State Northridge is in Electrical Engineering Control Systems. My courses focused on OrCAD, MatLab, LabVIEW, VB, C++, exposure to AutoCAD, as well as SolidWorks.In US Bank, I had an active roll in motivation, meeting and exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals. As a senior banker(acting Co-Manager), hiring, training, coaching, operations, regional and district conference calls, originating and closing loan and line deals were part of my routine. I also was in charge of the branch ATM. Having the Electronic passion and background did come in handy when the ATM needed hardware replacement, software reformatting, hardware and software diagnostics and repairs. Being a Mathematics Tutor III in valley college was an extremely rewarding position. Tutoring college students in mathematics, physics, and sometimes chemistry was joyous.
