Designing and presenting derivative strategies for investment and hedging transactions within the scope of investment consultancy

My responsibility was establishing the investment and private banking departments of the new bank after the acquisition of Cyprus HSBC. During this duty, I ensured the positioning of the investment products and investors in the new bank after the acquisition , establishment of internal systems, procedureces and relevant departments. At the same time, I did applications of derivatives and strategies.

I develop derivative strategy to every risk groups of private banking customers (OTC). İn this duty I was not only responsible in creating stategy but also I maneged relitionship with privilage customers.

I presented wealth management and privileged banking services to top level private clients.

Begin my occupation as Private Banking Clients Relations Manager, carried by the successful works at my previous job to Garanti Masters Ankara Private Banking in 01.03.2010, I presented wealth management and privileged banking services to top level private clients.

I worked as Private Customer Relations Manager at Garanti Bank within the scope of 27.11.2007 and 01.03.2010. In the line with my own experiences, I focused my attention on investment and portfolio management during my position. At this term, using markets such as Future and Option, I created a customer portfolio which was more effective and profitable than wealth management by means of analysis of the expectations on risk and income. Nearly 2 year process led met o provide region championship in derivative products and high profit margin.

I had the opportunity to experience the processes of arbitrage on Eur/Usd, Gbp/Eur, Eur/Jyp and Usd/Jyp, of bond trade from international market, of more structured products apart from DCD.

Within the structure of Akbank, I was occupied with the management of a portfolio consisting of clients from a certain segment during my job in the framework of affluent banking. In this context, I was working as consultant oriented at derivative products such as DCD, options, futures and, credit and other banking needs of the same clients. In the line with the target of the bank, I do cross-selling either to the available clients or I search for available clients for this segment. In the line with a project mission of Akbank, I was the only authorized person for relation management oriented at investment and credit needs, within the concept of affluent banking, of nearly 250 foreign diplomats who are in charge at these missions (consulates and international institutions) in Ankara.
