• Hands on and accountable for corporate services including Business Development, Marketing, Strategy, Operations and Business Risk. • Overseeing TAV group businesses through a combination of organic growth through tendering, business start-ups and joint ventures with a diverse range of partnerships and the possibility of acquisitions.• Led the acquisition of Almaty Airport • Government/stakeholder management, government affairs mainly abroad• Interacting with shareholders, general managers and business unit leaders towards the execution of the strategic direction as established by the Board• Leading to build sustainable and profitable aviation businesses based on sound risk management principles for an organisation of 20.000 people and €1.1 billion turnover.

• Evaluating and monitoring of TAV’s existing investments and exploring new airport related business opportunities in global markets• Supervising the feasibility studies, business plans and bid documents for the new projects• Leading the contract negotiations and finalizing deals, drafting the agreements with the lawyers and related authorities• Setting up offices abroad, establishing companies, coordinating the work flow among the contract grantors, local authorities and lawyers; and influencing public relations activities • Networking with local authorities, representatives of the states, project partners and financiers • Overseeing international sales, marketing and route development activities to more than 300 airlines• Leading the operational efficiency and readiness projects of TAV’s airport operations• Executive reporting and communication of the investments to the Board• Managing the competitiveness of TAV’s businesses through industry monitoring• Attending executive level industry conferences and workshops

• Coordinating complete commercial activities, agreements and public relations of TAV Istanbul• Representing TAV before foreign delegations and at international fairs and organizations • Preparing and implementing marketing communication strategies
