With over 17 years of experience at BIM, one of the largest listed companies in Turkey, I lead the Reporting & Investor Relations function and the Corporate Governance Committee. I am responsible for IFRS reporting and consolidation, budgeting and long term business plans, internal reporting, and auditing. I also conduct long term feasibility analysis for expanding our operations in Morocco, Egypt, other markets and retail sector. Additionally, I head the sustainability and ESG practices at BIM, aligning our company with the highest standards of environmental, social, and governance performance. I hold the Capital Market Activities Advanced Level License and the Corporate Governance Rating Specialist License from the Capital Market Board, as well as the Certified Public Accountant designation.
