Responsible for development, management and maintenance of IT infrastructure of TSP Turkey in line with local and global TTC(Toyota Tsusho Corporation) IT directions.Participate global and leading local technical infrastructure projects and manage all IT hardware park.Budget management accountability for IT services, identifying opportunities for cost savings.Organizing and managing all helpdesk activities to increase internal customer satisfaction level with local IT team.Handling contracts/relations with third party business partners and vendors to provide satisfied service level for the users/business systems.Creating, developing and implementing IT policies and procedures, ensuring user-follow-up and corporate alignment.Leading, participate and support DX digitalization projects.To develop in house softwares to needs the company digitalization request as backend and frontend via .NET Core, Angular and Ionic .
