I work in the field of establishing and/or developing strategic human resources systems, eliminating uncertainties by finding the root causes of human management problems, providing competitive and cost advantages to the company by improving HR processes, increasing employee engagement by designing HR systems that best suit the corporate vision and culture, and effective management of talents.I started my career at Turkish Airlines (THYAO) in 2014 as a "Recruitment Specialist (Domestic)", responsible for planning the recruitment processes and interviews for ground handling personnel. In this role, I also acted as "Recruitment Supervisor" for 1 year.Between 2016 and 2018, as "Recruitment Supervisor (Domestic)", I analyzed the workforce needs, recruited the necessary personnel for all positions in the country, coordinated orientation processes, and managed internship programs.I acted as "Recruitment Manager" for 18 months. I managed the recruitment processes and training planning of all domestic and international roles in the company (Cabin Crew, all white collar roles, all technical personnel), except for pilot employment.In 2018, I transferred to Turkish Technic, one of THY's subsidiaries, with 8,500 employees. As "Personnel Management Manager" until 2023, I was responsible for the management of recruitment processes, compensation & benefit, employee communication, and union relations. During this process, I pioneered important projects such as HR Robotic Process Automation, HR E-Archive, PratIK - HR (Mobile Application), SAP "Tempo" (Fiori) Transformation Project, Tekin (Virtual Assistant) Project, which were carried out for the digitalization of HR systems. I took an active role in the processes and ensured successful results were achieved.I have been working as the "Head of HR" at Insha Ventures, Türkiye's first fintech venture development company, since April 2023.
