Mr. Altoprak and his team provide strategic consultancy services to foreign and domestic companies, including services relating to disputes resolution, on private law matters.Beside his extensive work experience in Germany, England and Turkey, Mr. Altoprak published his first book called "Comparison between German and Turkish Commercial Law concerning the Structural Changes of Corporations" in 2018 and has published several books and articles thereafter, and has taken part in many universities as a research assistant.​He is one step closer to acquiring the title of "Solicitor" in England and Wales by the means of his successful completation of the MCT exam organized by the Law Society of England and Wales.He is an expert of German, English and Turkish Commercial and Corporate Law / International Private Law.
