As the Managing Partner of True Blue Tour, a tour operator that offers customized and thematic tours across Turkey, Greece and Morocco, I oversee the business development, marketing communications, and operations of the company. I lead a team of passionate and professional sales executives and tour guides, who deliver memorable and engaging experiences to our clients. I am also the founder of Serkan Eser Consultancy, where I provide freelance services to clients in the travel industry who need assistance in creating, managing, and operating new tourism investments, products, and concepts. I have worked with several incoming and ingoing travel companies, helping them establish and grow their presence and reputation in the market. In addition, I am a licensed tour guide and a trip experience leader, with a keen interest in archaeology and cultural heritage. I am currently pursuing a master's degrees in Business Administration, and I have already completed a bachelor's degrees in Tourism.
