Current● Responsible for end to end Performance Marketing strategy.● Managing digital marketing operations on all channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads etc. ● Plan, deliver and evolve all digital marketing activity, including paid media, SEO, affiliate marketing, email/CRM, and display advertising campaigns. Determine campaign setup, optimization and audience strategy.● Maintain effective communication with clients.● Measure and report performance of all digital marketing activities against agreed KPIs and make recommendations to stakeholders in-line with business objectives and priorities.● Drive digital marketing innovation, agile ways-of-working and a culture of continual test-and-learn/improvement across the department.● Participate, contribute and help develop internal training courses.● Management of SLA / OLA / KPI for operational goals.● Managing and improving team and performance management.
