 Developing and implementing comprehensive HSSE policies, procedures, and guidelines to promote a safe and secure work environment. Conducting regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and vulnerabilities, and recommend appropriate mitigation measures. Providing guidance and support to operational teams in the implementation of HSSE best practices and compliance with relevant regulations. Developing and delivering training programs to enhance employee awareness and understanding of HSSE protocols, emergency response procedures, and incident reporting. Leading incident investigations, analyze root causes, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Monitoring and evaluating and reporting HSSE performance metrics, analyze trends, and recommending continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborating with external stakeholders, such as regulatory agencies and industry associations, to ensure compliance and promote industry-wide HSSE best practices. Preparing and present HSSE reports and updates to senior management and relevant committees.
